In 2017, Jim and Patrick represented the senior management team of an international technology company in connection with a $1 billion private equity transaction. In addition to negotiating favorable compensation and equity agreements, Jim and Patrick also provided strategic advice regarding corporate structure issues impacting senior management’s control and influence post-closing.

In 2017, Katherine and Patrick successfully represented 14 members of a senior management team of a publicly traded company in connection with an acquisition triggering rights under a “Change of Control” agreement.
